		The design concept of SANGO (Japanese for Coral), was to create ecologically friendly artwork.

		In creating these pieces, we respect the original shapes and colors of every piece that we find on the beach.

		We do not cut, polish or add color to them.

		The glue we use to hold the pieces in place to make SANGO is water soluble,

		and is disassembled after photographing them.

		All corals and shells are returned to their original locations on the beaches where they were found.
